When will I first be charged?

Your first payment is taken on 1 October 2026 , at the monthly price of the plan you chose. Everything before that is completely free — no countdown, no surprise mid-month charge.

How much does membership cost after that?

Three Individual plans: Explorer (£42/mo, 30 credits), Adventurer (£67/mo, 50 credits), Pioneer+ (£92/mo, 80 credits). Pick the one that matches how often you head out. You can change or cancel before your first charge.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, yourself, from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account — no emails, no phone calls. Cancel before 1 October 2026 and you'll never be charged.

Does my membership renew automatically?

Yes — it's a monthly subscription that renews each month until you cancel. You stay in control: manage or cancel it yourself at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

What are credits and how much do events cost?

Accepted Answer

Each plan gives you a monthly pot of credits — 30, 50 or 80, depending on your plan — that you spend on events. Different events cost different numbers of credits depending on their value, so a relaxed weeknight costs less than a marquee night out.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Each month your membership tops you up with credits to spend on the experiences you choose — roll over what you don't use, and book up to six tickets in one go. In practice that means you can carry up to one month's worth of credits into the next month — so an Adventurer on 50 credits a month can hold at most 100 at once.
