About Ocio
Giving Londoners their evenings back.
Ocio is a monthly membership that curates London's after-work evenings around what you actually love — so going out feels effortless again.
Our mission
Make a great evening the easy choice.
London has more to offer after work than any of us could ever get to. But at the end of a long day, finding the right thing to do is its own kind of work — so most of us end up doing nothing at all.
Ocio exists to change that. We curate the city's evenings around what each member actually loves, so a good night out feels calm and effortless — never a second job, never another feed to scroll. Human and warm, not corporate.

Founder
Anthony Ching, Founder
“I was burning out in my corporate job, no outlet, no release, just the same exhausting cycle on repeat. Then one evening I went to a comedy show and walked out feeling like myself again. That week was different. I slept better, worked better, felt better. I quit my job shortly after, because I knew this city had the power to change how people feel, and I wanted to make sure nobody had to stumble into that feeling by accident. Ocio was built to improve our lives because we deserve a better life.”
The name
Ocio, and Faro.
Ocio is the Spanish and Portuguese word for leisure — the good kind of free time, spent well. It's the feeling we're trying to give you back.
Our guide is the Faro: a lighthouse. A soft, steady light that points you toward a few good options for the evening, then leaves the choice to you. We never nag.
What we believe
Three things we hold to.
Curated, not crowded.
A short, considered set of options each week, chosen for you — not an endless feed to scroll through.
Flexible, not committed.
Credits, not contracts. Use them on the evenings that suit you, and skip the ones that don't.
Members, not users.
There's no funnel here. Just people who want more from their evenings, and a platform built entirely around them.
Better evenings start tonight.
Join the founding cohort and start telling Ocio what you love.
